How to Podcast (part 5)
![]() Check Out: iFP-795T |
The Griffin iTalk was a little bit of the let down, but I think most of the problem is with the iPod's frequency limitations (8 kHz) and less the mic. It had a lot of popping with higher volumes of my voice and in the car (the bass from the stereo created major pops). | |
| So I ordered an iFP-795T from Amazon. Its basically the same device that Adam Curry and others have mentioned on the Daily Source Code but it is the 512MB version rather than the 1GB version. I don't think that I needed the extra 512MB since I'm only planning on using it for recording and not for playing music (leave that to my 20GB iPod). I'll be trying it out with the Griffin Lapel Mic and will probably get another mic from the local music store. Once Adelphia fixes my broadband connection I'll be able to upload a few samples. | ||
